Kayak Morgan Creek to Jordan Lake?

The lovely Morgan Creek runs from the small University Lake to the much bigger Jordan Lake, passing through Carrboro and Chapel Hill, NC. 

After a moderate rain and checking the water gauges, a few of us decided to attempt kayaking this creek from our neighborhood all the way to Jordan Lake. This was after months, maybe years, of speculation that it was even possible. Here’s our (first?) attempt.
